Big Mac Pizza

586 CAL  |  70G PROTEIN  (WHOLE MEAL)

A real Big Mac: 590 calories, 25g protein. Same calories — nearly triple the protein.

Almost identical to my Big Mac — same sauce, same beef, same lettuce-and-pickle finish — just built on a crispy air-fried pita instead of a bun. Two pitas, one skillet of beef, and you’ve got a Big Mac you eat like a pizza.

How To Make It

  1. Crisp the crust. Air fry the 2 pitas for 4–6 minutes until crispy — this is what turns a floppy pita into a real pizza base.
  2. Sauce it. Spread Big Mac sauce over each crispy pita. Make a double batch of the sauce from my Big Mac recipe — you’ll use some here and want plenty left for the top.
  3. Add the beef. Cook 5 oz of 93/7 beef with onion and flavor bomb seasoning, then spread it over the sauce.
  4. Cheese. Top with 2 servings of fat-free mozzarella.
  5. Melt it. Back into the air fryer at 425°F for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
  6. Finish like a Big Mac. Top with shredded lettuce, pickles, and more Big Mac sauce.

Neil's Note

The whole thing lives and dies on the Big Mac sauce — that’s what makes your brain say “Big Mac” instead of “pizza.” Air-frying the pita first is the other half: skip it and you get a soggy base, crisp it and it holds up like a real crust. Double the sauce every time — you’ll never regret having extra, and you’ll always regret running out.
