With 5x the queso you’d get at Taco Bell — and it still stays lean.

A full Crunchwrap Supreme that fits your macros, loaded with more queso than the drive-thru version. The trick is a Greek-yogurt queso base and lean beef doing the heavy lifting.

How To Make It

  1. Blend the Greek-yogurt queso base with the queso mix and Mexican seasoning.
  2. Brown the 96/4 beef and season it.
  3. Build in the center of the large wrap: beef, queso, Ro-Tel, cheese, then the crunchy tostada shell, then lettuce and tomato.
  4. Fold all the edges up and over the center, overlapping onto a little queso to hold it together.
  5. Grill seam-side down in a pan on medium heat for about 1 minute per side until golden and sealed.

The queso is the whole flex here — five times what Taco Bell gives you, because the Greek-yogurt base lets you go heavy without the calories. Build meals around where you can add volume and protein for free, and you never feel like you’re on a diet.
